Installation of customer-supplied glass is subject to inspection and suitability. We assess the glass and related seals, moldings and trim as part of planning the work.

Arrange a no-charge meet-and-greet inspection
We will arrange a no-charge meet-and-greet to inspect your vehicle, discuss the project and assess what is needed before preparing a firm estimate.

Receive your estimate by email
After reviewing your enquiry and assessing the project, we will email an estimate for your review and authorization.

Review, approve and arrange the work
Work is arranged after you review and authorize the estimate.
Photos help us start the conversation.
We inspect glass, moldings, trim, seals, visible rust and customer-supplied components, where applicable. Visible rust or unsuitable components may need to be addressed before installation. Your photos help us assess the enquiry but don’t replace an inspection.
Special-order glass
A deposit is required before ordering special-order glass. The required amount and applicable terms will be specified in your estimate.
ICBC CLAIMS
ICBC glass replacement
We can provide glass replacement for customers with ICBC claims. Retro Vision Glass Co. is an independent, non-accredited provider and is not part of ICBC Glass Express.
Customers pay us in full and submit their invoice and supporting documents to ICBC for reimbursement consideration. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by ICBC.
